Dynamics 365, CRM, Systems Analyst

Up to £27,000 + package depending on experience. 

This is an outstanding opportunity for a person with a genuine passion for IT and with aspirations to train to become a D 365 CRM Systems Analyst. This role will see you help to develop the MS Dynamics CRM platform, working collaboratively on functionality to meet business needs. 

This role is a great opportunity to skill-up on MS Dynamics 365 CRM and play a key role in a high-profile business transformation. You will need an understanding of CRM platforms, ideally with D 365 CRM / CE ("customer engagement"). You will also have the opportunity to contribute to other technology projects, and train and learn more detailed CRM development practices.

What you will learn to do?

•    CRM Solution design and implementations to meet business requirements
•    CRM customisations & configuration
•    CRM plugin development, associated web service integrations
•    CRM maintenance, SISS Integration support & end-user support
•    SSRS & Power BI Reporting
•    Scoping & requirements gathering with key stakeholders
•    Testing, implementation, training and documentation
•    Championing best practice CRM usage to deliver customer benefits

Knowledge, skills and behaviours required:

•    1 - 2 years experience working as part of a technical team 
•    Awareness of a  CRM platform, ideally MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Marketing & Sales functions. 
•    Degree educated, ideally technology focused with a genuine passion to build a technology career. 

Any awareness of the following would be highly beneficial but is not essential:

•     SQL & SSRS Reporting
•     FetchXML, PowerQuery, DAX
•     ASP.NET Development
•     Web Development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
•     RESTful Web Services
•     Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps)
