Legal Secretary – Commercial Property

A leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their busy team and support multiple fee earners.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
  • Administration to include; audio/copy typing, filing, responsibility for client files, photocopying, scanning, preparing mail and enclosures, and arranging client visits.
  • Answering calls, taking clear and precise messages and passing on to the relevant fee earner
  • Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and coordinating your fee-earners calendar.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all the firm’s and client documentation and information.

 

About you

  • You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and other packages that may be relevant to the role
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary within commercial or residential property
  • You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • You will be positive and professional
