Legal Secretary - Private Client

This leading law firm has offices sprawled across Surrey and London and are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join them. The firm have established themselves across their 300 years of work to be recognised by some of the biggest and most influential law awards and acknowledgements, including Legal 500 and Chambers. This firm put a big emphasis on being a socially responsible and sustainable firm and therefore are very active within their local community. This leading firm are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team.
 
Areas covered by this role:
Wills
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Administration of Estates
Court of Protection
 
Duties performed in this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Communicating with clients in person, over email and over the phone.
  • Assisting fee earners and other support staff within the team.
  • Drafting of wills, letters and LPAs.
  • Production of necessary documents.
  • Completing inheritance tax forms and have a good understanding of the probate process.
 
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Surrey
