A well respected and progressive law firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their private client advisory team.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors with all aspects of Wills, Estates & Tax Planning, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
  • Maintain accurate and organised legal files
  • Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and coordinating calendars.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses.
  • Provide general administrative support to the private client department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

 

About you

  • You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and other packages that may be relevant to the role
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within private client.
  • You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • You will be positive and professional
