Litigation Solicitor - West Kent.  Excellent prospects and career progression.

Long established and extremely highly regarded law firm based in West Kent, are looking to recruit an additional experienced solicitor into their well respected litigation and dispute resolution department.  

They are not the biggest of law firms, but have an exceptional reputation and therefore they have attracted lawyers from big London firms as well as lawyers from the much larger Kent law firms too.

This is a mid to senior level position and therefore applications are welcome from solicitors with at least 4 years PQE and you will be able to confidently manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.

This firm can offer a high quality client base and caseload, with many cases being complex and high value.  It is a broad ranging role and will include a mix of commercial and civil disputes including breach of contract, professional negligence, partnership disputes, property litigation including landlord & tenant and boundary disputes, debt recovery and contested probate.  

Experience of networking and business development activities would be an advantage.

This role has arisen due to succession planning and therefore there are excellent and realistic prospects for partnership (initially salaried but equity available too) and the opportunity to really 'put your stamp' on the department and make it even more successful than it already is.
