Overview:

Within this role, you will provide day-to-day marketing support, including event planning/coordination, planning and producing marketing materials for the sales team and management of the marketing budget. The Marketing Associate will also report on ROI for attendance and sponsorship of events and conferences.

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Salary: £40,000 – Guide Salary - Call to discuss

Location: Weybridge

Reporting to: Head of Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating annual marketing plans to optimize the use of the various marketing channels to enable the delivery of the growth required
  • Create an effective annual plan to deliver a congress plan, utilising resources, including teams and budgets, giving a clear measure on the impacts
  • Working closely with the leadership team to ensure the division’s marketing activity is aligned to business plans and objectives
  • Manage the calendar of events, conferences and support with booking spaces/stands
  • Track spend against budget, reporting ROI as well as identifying future opportunities and maximizing the value of attendance
  • Creating impactful marketing materials for the various stakeholders that is in keeping with company branding and positioning for the Field teams
  • Collaborating with appropriate internal and external digital and marketing agencies/partners to facilitate social media content, digital campaigns, printed brochures, presentations and strategy
  • Work with the Business Intelligence to translate key data internal marketing messages that support case study generation
  • Work with the Global Marketing Team on themes for content, articles and social media calendar

Requirements:

  • You must have proven experience working within the Pharma/ life sciences industry
  • Experience of supporting a Marketing Team or Function
  • Strong project management experience, organised workload management
  • Analytical skills; working closely with subject matter experts in the team to extract key insights
  • Supplier management experience
  • Working knowledge of compliance environment/ABPI and Legislations
