The firm/opportunity

I have a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join one of the fastest growing profit share firms, the firm operate differently to other profit share models and offer outstanding support which allows you to focus on your clients and billings.

All the regulatory, insurance, accounting and office set-up requirements for the law firm are taken care of:

  • Marketing Specialists
  • Business Development Support & Initiatives
  • Compliance Team
  • Finance/Credit Control
  • Practice Management
  • Administration support
  • PLC account

 

In this model, some firms have operated by recruiting any solicitors that have a following – this is where this opportunity differs. They pride themselves on their collaboration and business acumen – keeping a measured recruitment process allows them to grow, while keeping the same service and reputation that they are known for.

 

Profit share can get a reputation for being lonely and isolating, however this firm have directors that focus on collaboration, international business and wellbeing so that you are constantly linked with other partners both in the UK and internationally, provide access to monthly group meetings, and offer support and champion positive mental health and wellbeing.

They also hold regular social events such as the; Yearly Partners Retreat, regular social outings (drinks, dinner, crazy golf, theatre) and events to support their rich diversity of faiths, beliefs and cultures.

 

Remuneration

  • Take home 75%-80% of your billings – If you bill £300k, you will take home £225k!
  • 15% fee for work referred to other Partners

 

Client Following

While support is provided for business development and marketing, you will be required to have a portable following of clients to bring with you. Ideally you would have over £150k of business to bring with you, but if you have slightly less then I would still love to hear from you.
