The Role
This role will see you progressing Personal Injury files under the supervision of a solicitor, as well as giving assistance to litigation fee earners as and when it is required. The key duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Taking on initial client instruction
• Using the MOJ claims portal to submit CNF1s
• Drafting court papers, documents and witness statements
• Collecting outstanding costs from clients
• Speaking with clients both over the phone and in person

Skills and Attributes
Ideally you will have experience in:

• Dealing with road traffic accidents
• Drafting and submitting CNF1s on the MOJ Claims portal
• Drafting witness statements and letters
• Working in a case handler/paralegal/legal assistant capacity
• Experience working within claimant personal injury
• A legal qualification is preferred
