Global Brand Manager

North West London/Middlesex

Overview:

As part of this global pharmaceutical business, you’ll provide brand and life-cycle management, working closely with the entire marketing team and colleagues who are directly responsible for key brands at an affiliate and global level.

This role would be suitable for someone who is an aspiring with Brand Manager with proven experience within pharmaceutical industry with ideally 5 or more years’ equivalent experience as an Associate/Junior Brand Manager. With an ever-expanding portfolio of brands, you’ll be able to explore your next career steps with this organisation!!

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Bringing together the global launch and brand plans for selected products
  • Providing support to all relevant markets and brands, ensuring the development of effective and productive relationships
  • To provide appropriate input into ongoing projects within the Global Marketing team
  • Monitoring, analysing and directing “in-market” performance for selected brands.
  • Building effective and productive working relationships with key central functions including regulatory, medical, commercial and product development
  • To ensure compliance with company policies, systems and processes to facilitate on-going sales and profit growth.
  • Support Global Marketing Team on significant brand related projects, managed by the Line Manager.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum for 5 years’ experience as the equivalent to an Associate or Junior Brand Manager
  • Experience working with Global markets is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce or related fields are advantageous.
  • Brand and marketing experience – preferably for multiple products/brands.
  • Proven ability to drive positive financial results for one or more products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues and support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understands the need to work to affectively during deadlines and short time frames.
  • Ability to speak other European languages would be advantageous.
