This rapidly growing Growth Marketing agency started by two ex-Facebook employees is looking for a PPC Manager to join their PPC team (5 members), they work with some of the biggest names in Fashion, Luxury and Social. They have grown rapidly over the last 4 years winning several high-profile clients and are now looking to hire future leaders of their business. The PPC Manager will be responsible for all things PPC, The clients are all well-educated when it comes to PPC, so the role will focus on guiding them on how to get the best of out their campaigns. Budgets are roughly up to £100k a month but can be as little as £10k with a hard stop so every campaign will have a unique set of challenges. The team is growing at a rapid rate and the co-founders are always looking for future leaders to build teams around. As part of the PPC team, you will work closely with the Co-founders on the direction of the PPC team and build on their solid team foundation. The role is 100% remote and will have regular monthly meet-ups and team-building activities in and around London Role responsibilities: Take ownership, manage, review, and optimise Google Ads & Microsoft Ad accounts for a variety of clients. Launch and optimise campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results. Work to achieve client’s campaign objectives (RoAS target, lead volume etc). Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value. Optimise key metrics such as CPA, CTR, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics. Manage the creation of large keyword lists and build new campaign structures via Excel & Google Ads Editor. Manage budget effectively to drive maximum ROI. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, video network and more, in line with client’s goals. Generate weekly and monthly client reporting to offer insight into campaign performance. Keep up-to-date with new features and industry news. Understand the marketing funnel and how your campaigns engage users at each stage. Communicate with the team and management on project development, timelines, and results. Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals. The PPC Manager role requires the following experience: Educated to degree level or equivalent Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills. At least entry-level experience using PPC. Comfortable managing large budgets (100k and below) . Google Ads certifications (but not essential) Experienced in at least one other ads management platform from the following: Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok would be preferable. Take ownership in the work – have a real craftsperson type of mentality. Flexible in their work ethic. Ensuring the client’s needs come first.
