Role:  PPC and Paid Social Executive  – eCommerce clients
Location: London or 100% remote
Salary: £20,000 to £35,000 base

The first thing to highlight here is this role isn’t just restricted to PPC & Paid Social campaigns, this role is focused on working with ecommerce clients on how to improve their results, they are looking for someone who isn’t just going to push out PPC & Paid Social Campaigns but actually look into the data and help the customer to answer the question, How do we generate more customers.

The client is a leading eCommerce growth agency based in London they have taken on feedback from their employees and most provide a truly hybrid approach to working. They have no standing requirement to be in the office, they leave it down to you to figure out how you work best.


The role is going to be working directly with the Head of Digital, the Biddable Executive role works on a project basis so if you like variety you are going to have access to a unique selection of eCommerce clients all looking to grow and need your expertise to make it happen.

The business defines itself as eCommerce Growth Consultancy, over the last 10 years they have helped multiple eCommerce clients, achieve the next level of sales. They are 100% B2C focused, so every client you work with will be in the consumer's eye and you will be able to show your friends the work you have delivered.

You will be expected to self-manage tasks and work as a “Consultant”, listening to the client’s needs or goals, providing a holistic review of their ecommerce real estate and then providing solutions on how to improve conversions. The work will be incredibly varied, no day will be the same. You will get exposure to all sorts of problems and challenges in the eCommerce world.


  • Delivering high-quality Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns with timely optimisations.
  • Deliver proactive suggestions and recommendations to enhance/improve client activity.
  • Establish strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Liaise with Senior Specialists to deliver best-practice Biddable Media solutions/strategies.
  • Implement and run campaigns in a timely manner, managing required budget allocations.
  • Report on campaign activity using Looker Studio and Excel


  • Ideally entry-level experience within a Paid Search role, OR a combined Paid Search/Paid Social role
  • Several months experience with Google and/or Facebook Ads - strategy, creation, optimisation, and campaign analysis
  • Experience in tracking and conversion optimisation
  • Experience with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and other 3rd party tools.
  • Highly analytical, with experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate successful campaigns you have worked on as well as the ability to understand briefs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
