Title: PPC Manager

Location: Remote – Head Office is based in Birmingham

Hybrid Split: Remote – All hands meetings are once a quarter and are booked in advance

Salary: £30k - 40k plus benefits

** Must have the necessary right to live and work in the UK*

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to hire a PPC Manager to take the lead on all hands-on PPC campaigns for an eCommerce client. The reports directly to the Head of Performance Marketing & Analytics and will be the driving force for their next growth phase. Working for this eCommerce company you will build on your skills in search, the role will cover Google Search(Adwords), Google Shopping/PMAX and Bing have exposure to Paid Social (Training will be available)

This role will be taking the lead on their Search strategy, 90% of their business comes from search so this role is critical to the business and is a real opportunity to shine and have exposure to senior leaders.

Working with multi-million-pound budgets you will need to have experience of working with a minimum of £100k - £150k a month budgets and be able to demonstrate when to use Google best practices and when to use your experience to gain a better ROAS.

This role also has the opportunity to work with Paid Social across a few different platforms so previous experience or a passion to learn would be advantageous. This is an exciting time to be joining the business, they have recently rebranded so it is the perfect time to be getting involved and have the opportunity to put your mark on things.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Creating, developing & implementing effective paid search strategies
  • Executing & optimizing many PPC campaigns simultaneously
  • Manage ad accounts on multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
  • Targeting selected audiences through researching keywords
  • Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Reporting KPI's to management on a regular basis through various dashboards
  • Staying current with PPC & SEM trend and techniques
  • Launching and optimizing paid search/PPC campaigns
  • Plan budget and monitor to increase better ROI

Experience Required:

  • A few years experience as a PPC Manager or Performance Marketing Specialist
  • Strong analytical skills and dashboard creation
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO (ideally)
  • Experience with multiple paid search platforms
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytical tools
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Analytically minded and strong in arithmetic
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
