This AI tech firm based out of London is looking for a Product Marketing Lead for their flagship platform. They’re a global player in the AI space, and stand at the precipice of a number of key potentially career defining opportunities for you, should you take this role and successfully land them.

As a business, they’re incredibly agile and fast-paced, which reflects the ‘start-up’ mentality, but with the maturity of infrastructure and processes you might find at a more mature corporate.

You will report to the CMO with a dotted line into the CCO, who will be your main point of collaboration day-to-day.

They’ve had a record-breaking year to date as AI related products have really taken off, landing several major global clients from the Construction industry.

2024/25 will be focused on growing the customer base on a global basis. Currently, they hold multiple clients across the UK, EU, US and South America, but are looking to deepen their market penetration within the Construction space in particular, and capitalise on recent successes.

You will be responsible for leading Product Marketing Strategy globally, living and breathing the product as the ‘go-to expert’ on how the product works. Both for internal teams as well as a resource for external customers.

Defining the Product Marketing Strategy, creating compelling marketing content and working with the sales leadership to understand the product's direction, gaining real-world feedback from Customers, and utilising this to help input into the product’s feature roadmap, helping to define and shape its future vision.

Working with the CMO and CPO in the creation of marketing tactics and campaign activities to promote the product to relevant audiences, both on and offline. Leading with a content base marketing strategy, implemented into an ABM marketing strategy.

Their office is based in Central London and will require you to be based onsite three days a week. So it’s important you’re able to commute without too many complications or restrictions.

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies in line with broader marketing strategy
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning to differentiate the product in the market versus competitors.
  • Create high-quality marketing and sales collateral, including case studies, battle cards, presentations and one-pagers, among others.
  • Develop product-based content such as tutorials, demonstrations, videos, “how to” guides, product webinars and website content, in partnership with other team members and freelancers.
  • Collaborate and engage with customers to create customer stories and facilitate webinars and conference sessions.
  • Lead the implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and sales enablement.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams as a subject matter expert for the platform.
  • Drive impact: Measure success by tracking relevant performance KPIs

Experience we need from you:

  • Experience in Product Marketing preferably in AI Tech or a scale-up environment from B2B tech
  • Experience covering the multitude of disciplines which facilitates product marketing, including – content marketing, product positioning, social media, market research, market segmentation, sales enablement, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in developing high-quality marketing collateral and overseeing the creation of content led marketing which are used in driving ABM marketing programmes
  • Strategic thinking – ability to transform technological features and capabilities into a clear and appealing business proposition.
  • Creative storyteller, with fluent English language skills, and the ability to distil complex messaging into succinct and effective marketing messages
  • You have a real pasion for Tech & Content
  • Experience working in a consultative, highly influence led business environment.
