We're looking for a Junior to Mid level Project Manager to join this global company ingrained in the Grocery / FMCG sector. The company are based close to Watford.
 
They are an organisation of two vital and interconnected communities: Commercial Insight and Social Impact. Together, they are working to drive change that makes a tangible difference for Society, Business and the Individual.

In this position you will work with subject matter experts to deliver a variety of projects across their Health, Sustainability & Economic topic areas. You'll drive positive change in partnership with the food and consumer goods industry.
 
You will be able to...
  • Coordinate information, turning data and insight into clear project briefs & deliverables
  • Work with cross functional teams
  • Build relationships & manage stakeholders
  • Think creatively
  • Help embed the Social Impact methodology, developing and tracking KPI's
  • Manage Social Impact reporting (monthly scorecard, quarterly reviews, end of year)
  • Drive a continuous improvement approach
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to drive tactical activity to deliver scale and impact
  • Represent the Social Impact team in cross functional projects
  • Ensure processes are integrated with the CRM system (MS Dynamics)
To succeed in this role you'll need to have:
  • Experience from or a genuine interest for the food and consumer goods industry with a passion for driving positive change to be a force for good.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a Project Management role.
  • Excellent organising skills with an adaptable approach to communicating with a range of stakeholders and senior leaders.
The role has no immediate direct reports. You'll split your time between working in the office and remotely as necessary.
