Our five-year vision is to transform our Pharma division into a team of 12. This will include a structure made up of consultants across the experience spectrum and career grades, as well as a tier of sub-management. Your journey to Associate Director can be realised much quicker, based on your ability to build your team and deliver to commercial objectives. We’re committed to hiring ambitious recruiters. What we’re looking for Highly experienced 360 recruiter who also has experience of training, mentoring and nurturing junior recruiters Able to demonstrate a pedigree of experience in winning new business. Negotiating fees, exclusivity arrangements and successfully influencing in a B2B sales environment Past experience of hiring within the Pharma industry would be a real advantage Good relationship management skills with a commercial focus.
