Residential Conveyancing Assistant

This leading regional full-service law firm have a history that spans over almost 200 years. The firm offer high-quality work and friendly, easy to understand advice to their client base. The firm gained nine listings within the Legal 500 and are also recognised by Chambers and Partners.

The successful candidate will be joining the ‘Property Law Firm of the Year’ from 2019, in the Thames Valley region. They will be joining the residential property team as a conveyancing assistant to take on various administration tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Applications for property searches
  • Checking over mortgage offers
  • Obtaining help to buy papers
  • Preparation of paperwork for exchange

The successful candidate will have experience within conveyancing in a legal firm.

 

  • Salary: Administration market rate
