Role Information:

As a Technical Consultant, you will own and deliver high-quality technical work packages while seamlessly operating in a functional consultant capacity when required:

• Build & Implement: Develop custom Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF controls, and Azure Functions.
• Consulting & Analysis: Bridge technical execution with business needs, comfortably handling functional consultant responsibilities when engaging with stakeholders.
• Architecture: Design smaller solution components within wider frameworks set by Technical Leads/Architects.
• AI & Innovation: Implement hands-on AI features using Microsoft Copilot Studio, autonomous agents, and Azure OpenAI Service.
• ALM & DevOps: Execute and troubleshoot automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Estimation: Provide accurate technical estimates and input to support overall delivery.

Experience Required:

Essential Requirements

• At least 3 years hands-on development experience specializing in Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform.
• Comfortable acting in a functional consultant capacity - communicating effectively with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, modern web frameworks, and PCF control development.
• Practical experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions) and Dataverse.
• Good operational knowledge of CI/CD pipeline deployments (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) held or currently in progress.
• Eligibility for Security Clearance 

Desirable / Emerging Tech Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
• Experience with legacy data migration (SQL / Oracle to Dataverse).
