Role: Senior Digital Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Central London, Victoria. The role will be 2 or 3 days a week with the rest from home.
Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 plus up to 50% bonus (20k) and benefits

You’re going to be working with some really sharp serial entrepreneurs. They’re scaling their latest venture which is an incubator business for a series of consumer packaged goods (CPG) selling in a D2C model.

They’ve got a razor sharp vision about what they want to achieve, how they’re going to grow and how you joining their business will help deliver this.

You’ll be working into their Digital Performance Lead, and getting down and dirty with campaigns. Constantly looking for opportunities to improve and optimise things. Digging into those Excel spreadsheets and seeing where there’s the chance to make rapid changes which can deliver improved results.

When launching new products, the proven route for success has been paid social. But as things have evolved, it’s now also really taking off via paid search and native ads too.

So you’re not going to be confined to any one channel, and they’re still in a stage of exploring and testing things too. So you’ll have lots of opportunity to try new things, broaden your skillset and gain a well rounded digital performance exposure.

They’ve currently got one product in market and it’s taken off incredibly well. Over the coming six months they plan to launch a second new product targeting a different sector within the same category. Plus next year will be launching a third. This time to a completely new category.

The business is scaling, selling both to UK and European audiences. They’ve currently got three UK sites in place and are looking to add a fourth in Germany very soon to help with growth in European demand.

About You

  • Digital Performance marketing experience – can be through Paid Social, PPC or Paid Media
  • You’re the kind of person who’s all over the numbers. Tweaking things to optimise performance of campaigns
  • You love to learn new things in digital performance and don’t want to silo yourself into just being a ‘Facebook specialist’ or similar
  • You hate red tape and want a business where your voice will be heard, and you’ve got a real opportunity to make a mark

Must be able to live and work in the UK.
