I’m working with a well-established Bingo brand based in London who are looking to add a Senior Paid Social Manager to the team. They have had a great year and this role is an expansion role focused on delivering good quality Social campaigns (via an agency) and increasing the brand's reach and creating a community that is engaged with the ethical and honest way they approach Bingo/Casino games on a global basis.

The brand is a well-established player in the gaming world, over the last couple of years they have developed a loyal customer base who engages with the way they do business. The role is focused on managing on Facebook & Instagram campaigns from a day-to-day perspective and creating engaging organic campaigns. As a bonus, the role will also teach Paid Social campaigns which would account for 10% off your role.

The role is going to be focused the strategic aspects of Paid Social, they have an agency retained on a global basis so this role is going to be focused on driving results and eking out the inches for each region. Outside of the day-to-day management of strategic Paid Social campaigns, the role will also have the opportunity to get involved with the wider digital marketing strategy and work directly with the Head of Digital Marketing to increase customer conversions globally. They have just finished a restructure so they are looking for an aspiring leader who wants to build a team around them.

The role is based in London and will be required to be in the office two days a week for team-related collaboration. The client has a no video call rule so anytime your in the office it will be for something team-related not a Zoom call in a new location.

Role responsibilities:

  • The setting up, planning, optimizing and reporting back on performance across Paid Social and Meta App Install campaigns  
  • Working with digital marketing managers globally to plan, deliver and execute successful monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans for Paid Social channels 
  • Closely monitoring and delivering Paid Social performance within the defined KPIs (growth volume, CPA and LTV) 
  • Reporting Paid Social channel performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to all relevant stakeholders 
  • Delivering and executing monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans for Meta In App campaigns  
  • Identify and test new channels outside of our existing marketing mix in order to add scale to the performance plans 
  • Developing, managing and mentoring direct reports, ensuring they are trained correctly and continue to deliver within the required performance parameters of the team .  
  • Identify opportunities for increased automation and efficiency through advanced technical solutions 
  • Work closely with internal BI team and in house Marketing Analyst to identify cost saving opportunities and further enhance campaign performance  
  • Develop robust tracking and measurement systems to ensure we understand the performance of our campaigns accurately, working with BI/MA and other stakeholders as required. 


The Senior Paid Social Manager role requires the following experience: 

  • Solid experience in Paid social field in the UK, with other market experience hugely beneficial
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is preferable
  • Experience in working for a digital performance agency would be beneficial  
  • Experience across all performance marketing platforms with a core focus in Meta platforms 
  • Experience in building or maintaining a performance team 
  • Expert understanding of digital tracking, measurement, and reporting tools 
  • Teamworking skills – the ability to build relationships internally and externally, with experience working across multiple countries 
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice 
  • Experience working with multi-nationals with the ability to assimilate relevant cultural and regulatory differences   
  • Must be data focused with the ability to gather data, provide actionable incite and share it in a digestible fashion 
  • Must understand tagging, tracking and attribution particularly GTM 
  • Must be very tech savvy and be aware of available tools on the market and have experience purchasing and implementing them 
  • Must have strong analytical acumen with the ability to uncover insights and create stories by seamlessly integrating a variety of data sources
