This opportunity would suit an experienced paralegal or legal executive with at least two years’ experience in fee-earning and some managerial or leadership experience or work-based duties. This is a senior role in which will see you be a leader to a team of excellent property paralegals. Due to this being a leadership position, your day-to-day duties will be a split between fee-earning casework and managing your paralegal team. Some of the duties of this role will include:

• Performance management – carrying out staff appraisals, making training plans, one to one and team meetings
• Allocating work to the paralegals in your team
• Managing your own specialist caseload

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
