Social Media Executive
Location: Near Hatfield | Hybrid - 2 days a week
Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 + benefits

If you’re at that stage where you’re thinking a career within social media is your thing, but you also want the right place to learn, stretch yourself a little, and build confidence in a proper marketing environment, this role might land quite nicely.

With this, you won’t be sitting on the side-lines watching more senior people do the interesting bits. You’ll be trusted with real creative work, real channels and real audiences. It’s the kind of set up where you get to experiment, make things, test things and slowly shape a style of digital storytelling.

Most weeks have a good rhythm to them: two days on site with the wider marketing team, the rest from home. It’s collaborative, and you’ll be learning from an experienced manager, though you’ll still have space to try your own ideas.

The product you’ll be centring this round is focused a lot on creativity, fun and enjoyment.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll help create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Meta and other social platforms. There’s a lot of video, a lot of photography, and plenty of storytelling that draws on what’s happening across multiple locations. You’ll also help keep websites updated and support campaign rollouts throughout the year. You’ll be gathering stories from across the business which are suitable for social sharing, shaping content calendars, monitoring performance and spotting opportunities to keep things fresh.

In short, it’s hands-on, and you won’t be stuck simply resizing graphics for an eternity.

The kind of person who will thrive here

- You enjoy the creative side of social media and are confident filming and editing short-form content for commercial social channels

- You’ve experience with Canva and CapCut.
- Maybe you’ve run channels before, either professionally or informally.
- You’re curious, organised, and happy to speak to people when you need stories, updates or materials.
Above all, you want to learn and you want feedback that helps you actually get better.
- You've a showreel of relevant experience you're able to share
- Bright, can-do attitude with great communication skills

Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
