Role:  Social Media Manager – Luxury jewellery brand
Location: London offices (Hendon Central), 1 or 2 times a week depending on meetings
Salary: £30k - £45k base

If you like to be busy and have a passion for Social Media where the work is fast-paced with quick turnarounds but remains really high quality, you’re in the right place. This luxury brand is just that, with projects with turnaround times varying between 2 weeks to just 2 days. In fact, the environment is really similar to what you might find in a Growth Marketing or eCommerce agency but will be in-house, working directly for the end brand.

You might have read that and wondered if it was chaotic, well it’s not. It’s just a well-oiled machine which functions day-to-day really effectively. They are embarking on stage 2 of their Digital Transformation project and are looking for an Social Media Manager to manage the additional workload and keep them on track with this company-wide project.


The role is going to be working directly with the Senior Marketing Manager, she is a truly inspiring leader with a great marketing pedigree working in premium and luxury brands.  and the Marketing Director on selected projects. The Social Media Manager will be the face of Social Media for the company, the role will be filled with plenty of challenges, they are looking to building a professional Social Media strategy, it’s been a background activity but now they are looking to make it a major engagement channel for their customer base. The sky is the limit for this role, this role will be the social media expert who will keep an eye on trends and constantly be coming to the table with new ideas for content, especially short form video and demonstration videos for their Youtube videos (they are looking as a similar strategy to Watchfinder’s Youtube Channel). A key part of this role is data, they are looking for someone who understands how to track data and build reporting infrastructure.

The business is a luxury Jewellery/Diamond brand with over 80 years of selling high-quality diamonds and jewellery. They have both a B2B and B2C brands, this role is focused on the D2C arm of the business.

  • Evidenced experience of doing similar to the above on behalf of a fast-paced retail, luxury brand or premium brand
  • Experience building a Social Media Strategy
  • Collaborative working style, inclusive and very comfortable working in a small, close-knit team
  • Can demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines and fast turnarounds.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills with a strong eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to create and edit visually appealing content, including photos and videos.
  • Passionate about social media, digital trends, and editorial.
  • Driven self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, and able to both learn from and utilise data to build strategy and tell stories.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative personality.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborations.
  • Positive and team oriented.
