I’m working with an AI-tech company based in London who is looking to add a ABM Manager to their marketing team, this is a new addition to the team. As the company has grown into a global player in the AI space they have decided to appoint a ABM / Customer Marketing Manager to build Marketing strategies to target the CEO and Senior Leaders of their clients.

They had a record-breaking 2023 as AI boomed and they landed several major global clients. 2024 is focused on growing their customer base on a global basis, they are currently working with multiple clients across the UK, EU, US and South America. This role will play a pivotal role in leading our account-based marketing initiatives to expand their footprint in the construction tech industry. The role involves developing targeted programs that resonate with specific accounts or customer segments, nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers, encouraging advocacy within the customer base as well as leveraging ABM strategies to land new accounts. 

The brand is a well-established player in the AI world, over the last couple of years, they have developed a loyal customer base who engages with them and their content and have been held up as a leader in AI space..

The role is going to the champion of content within the function and be the day-to-day manager of content output for the team, as they continue to focus on expansion you will work with the CMO and CPO to support Marketing activities and create a best-in class content marketing function

Outside of the day-to-day management of content, the role will also have the opportunity to get involved with wider marketing and ABM. They have created a new team structure which will enable them to build teams beneath the leadership team.

The role is based in London and will be required to be in the office three days a week for team-related collaboration.

Role responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing an ABM strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on key accounts and verticals within the construction industry.
  • Leading regional ABM pods to develop strategies that enhance customer awareness of the company and its performance-driven construction management methodology, increase their engagement and drive expansion opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts,
  • Collaborating with the content team to develop ABM-specific materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and videos that speak directly to the needs and pain points of target accounts.
  • Collaborating with the Marcom team to develop account-specific PR & events programmes, organising tailored events and workshops to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborating with product marketing to increase product and feature adoption with a strong focus on education and value-added content creation 
  • Collaborating with the growth team to Initiate, execute and optimise targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific accounts, ensuring messaging resonates with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Utilising CRM and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and glean insights for continuous improvement.


The ABM Manager role requires the following experience: 

  • Educated to Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent
  •  Several years of experience in ABM, B2B marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the SaaS or construction tech industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • An analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset, adept at creating personalized marketing experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
