Commercial Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells with London quality work and clients are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Solicitor to complement their existing Corporate & Commercial department.

Others in the team specialise more in corporate work and therefore they want someone who is hungry for a new challenge and who is experienced enough to manage the commercial work unsupervised and also be actively involved in developing and expanding this offering alongside the complete support of the partners.

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity to really make your mark on a role and it is the perfect balance of autonomy but also lots of support and encouragement from the other members of the corporate/commercial team.  

You will consider yourself to be an expert in commercial contracts in terms of reviewing, drafting and negotiating and additional skills in IT, IP and GDPR would also be of interest.  

This is a senior level position and therefore it is anticipated that you will have at least 5 years PQE in commercial law.  You will ideally be in a senior role at another local law firm, or maybe you are a parent returning to work from maternity and looking for a part time role with more flexibility.  Or you might be working in London but would prefer to drive or walk to work, rather than getting on the train everyday.
