Construction Solicitor (Non-Contentious) - Central London

Top 100 law firm, highly ranked and highly regarded, are looking for a solicitor to join their non-contentious construction team.

They have an impressive client base and high quality varied construction work.

The team is growing and they want someone who is dedicated to this area of law and who would be keen to be involved in this growth. It's not the biggest of teams, but the flip side of that is that you get hands-on work and can really get 'stuck in' and be a significant member of the team.

They are looking for someone ambitious and someone keen to progress through to senior associate and then partner level.

Although in Central London, this firm offer hybrid working (2 or 3 days per week in the office) and lots of flexibility. They have a genuine work/life balance culture - they do not encourage long hours (in fact they discourage it) and therefore targets and expectations are realistic. Their top priority is providing high quality advice, rather than just about making money.

They often recruit lawyers from some of the larger City or International firms, because they offer the same quality work but in a far more relaxed and balanced environment. They want you to have a life outside of work!

This is a junior to mid level position and therefore applications are welcome from newly qualified solicitors upwards.  If you are an NQ or about to qualify then it is essential that you have completed a construction seat during your training contract and/or gained construction law experience as a paralegal prior to commencing your training contract.
