Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus pension, healthcare, life assurance, etc. Engagement: Fixed term, 9 months You’ll join a specialist CRM Operations team responsible for building and delivering sophisticated, highly personalised customer campaigns through Braze. Working in an incredibly data rich environment and a company who are recognised as being top of their game in the CRM space, you’ll help turn customer data and campaign plans into accurate, relevant communications across email and other CRM channels. The Role You’ll be responsible for building customer audiences, configuring campaigns and supporting the delivery of both automated journeys and one-off communications. Your main focus will be broadcast messaging and newsletters, a busy area of the CRM programme that supports multiple products and customer groups. You’ll work with teams across CRM planning, content marketing and wider business functions to coordinate activity, manage competing priorities and keep campaigns moving to schedule. The role sits on the more technical side of CRM delivery. You won’t be expected to code, but you’ll need to be comfortable working within campaign platforms, handling detailed data requirements and carrying out thorough quality assurance checks. Key Responsibilities Build and manage CRM campaigns, automated journeys and customer audiences within Braze Use customer data to create accurate audience segments and personalised communications Deliver both automated, always-on campaigns and manual, one-off activity Support the creation of dynamic and personalised content across CRM channels Manage the delivery of broadcast campaigns and customer newsletters Coordinate campaign requirements across CRM, content and planning teams Review content and complete quality assurance checks before campaigns go live Manage campaign schedules, priorities and deadlines across a busy delivery calendar Support campaign optimisation through A/B testing and continuous improvement Identify and resolve campaign build or delivery issues Martech Stack You’ll work with a modern CRM and marketing technology stack that includes: Braze Movable Ink Jacquard Taxi for Email Email HTML A basic understanding of HTML would be useful, particularly when reviewing or troubleshooting email campaigns, although this is not a development role. About the company This is a digital marketplace and one everybody knows. They’re mission driven, highly commercial and have one of the best CRM practices you’re likely to come across in any industry. Their offices are located in Central London, within easy reach of a number of tube stations, not far from Shoreditch and Liverpool Street. But their working set up is hybrid, typically 2 days in office a week. The option is there to do more if you like, and the office is very much a destination worth going to. Modern, plush, creative, inspiring. In a great part of town and you’ll find you’ll be surrounded by likeminded people who enjoy spending time with each other. Experience Needed Must have a solid understanding of Braze, if you’ve had some exposure to working with Decisioning Studio, that would be amazing. But we recognise that’s very new. Good understanding of how to build customer journeys (canvases and campaigns) and apply an overlay of lifecycle marketing to these You have experience of working with dynamic content and personalisation Good knowledge of A/B testing and email journey enhancement/optimisation. With the ability to utilise the data from these to improve CRM strategies A real desire and mindset of ‘how can I make this better’ versus just churning out campaigns to meet deadlines – and not afraid to tear things up and start again if that’s what it takes to improve things. Appetite for continued learning and development. Always open to picking up a new skill or technology (as you will learn Decisioning Studio in this role if you don’t know it already) Want to Apply?
