Marketing & Media Effectiveness Analyst

LOCATION -     Central London

 

SALARY -        £55k - £65k depending on experience plus strong benefits

 

   

The Role

This role would suit an intellectually curious, bright and client facing Market Mix Modelling expert, with a strong background in Mathematics and Statistics or Economics. In this role you can flex a curious mindset and take a solutions focused approach in order to innovate around this and find new ways to help calculate media spend, delivering improved ROI.

 

Day to day activity will involve marketing mix modelling, building attribution models, segmentations and leveraging a variety of statistical and machine learning techniques in order to solve problems and answer questions for end clients.

 

You will lead on £100k - £200k accounts each year, so experience in project management as well as leading others is key.

 

 

The Team

Working within a small yet growing team of Data Scientists and Marketing Effectiveness experts, you will be the most senior person beneath the Director, mentoring more junior members of staff and supporting the Director in growing and developing the MMM offering. This will involve doing more consulting work with their start-up clients, running more projects co-currently and growing the team beneath you in line with this.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/RESPONSIBILITES

 

  • Educated to degree level in a numerate subject
  • Strong background in MMM (marketing mix modelling), digital attribution, segmentation and statistical analysis, including leveraging machine learning techniques
  • Highly skilled in forging and developing relationships with stakeholders and peers
  • Ability to mentor if not formally manage more junior members of staff
  • Ability to tell stories through data; leading on large client accounts, working to grow the MMM offering for the agency
  • Taking a solutions led approach, applying creative thinking and commercial critical assessment where necessary
