I’m working with a Global IT Services company to hire an Interim Digital Marketing Manager to mange the website integration of 2 new websites. The client is a global IT Services company that has recently acquired 2 mid-sized competitors and now they need their websites integrated into their parent company. This is a greenfield project, you will be responsible for reading a roadmap for integrating and setting a number of internal milestones to make sure the project is completed before the end of 2025. This role will act as a project manager and be responsible for the project and its progress. They have an experienced marketing team who you can lean upon to get asks as well as agency support. The brand is a well-established player in the IT Services market and are well known in the space. They work with a number of global clients who trust them to deliver fundamental IT change to their businesses. The role is based in London but only requires attendance at the office 4 days per month (Additional meetings might be required). They are located a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. Role responsibilities: Plan and deliver the successful integration of websites for two new acquisitions into the main website, ensuring minimal SEO disruption and traffic loss. This includes the sunset of legacy sites and integrating all necessary content. Propose and implement SEO strategies that will drive performance for the unified business. Oversee social media account consolidation and execute campaigns to migrate and grow follower bases. Propose and execute a plan to re-develop one eCommerce webstore, future-proofing its technology and enhancing its functionality. Work with infosec and IT teams to evaluate hosting platforms and security protocols. Document and establish best practices for future digital integrations. Lead the development of dashboards to monitor post-integration digital KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance. The Interim Digital Marketer requires the following experience: Hands-on experience in migrating/integrating websites and sunsetting legacy sites. A strong understanding of organic and paid search and social marketing. . Proven expertise in website integration and redevelopment, particularly during M&A processes. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with Product, Commercial and IT teams. Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CMS platforms. Ability to lead multi-channel campaigns and monitor performance metrics effectively.
