Role:  Social Media Executive – Luxury jewellery brand
Location: London offices (Hendon Central), 1 or 2 times a week depending on meetings
Salary: £20k - £25k base

What distinguishes and elevates a brand to luxury status in social channels?

Your audience will be discerning with expectations for high quality content with similarly high production values.

If you like to be busy and have a passion for Social Media where the work is fast-paced with quick turnarounds, you’re in the right place.

Project turnaround time vary between 2 weeks to just 2 days, but with each, the output has to be on point and on brand. In fact, the environment is really similar to what you might find in a Growth Marketing or eCommerce agency but will be in-house, working directly for the brand.

It’s just a well-oiled machine which functions day-to-day very effectively and well organised.

They are embarking on stage 2 of a digital transformation project and are looking for an Social Media Executive to support with delivery of some of the campaign creation and execution across various channels.


The role is going to be working directly with the Social Media Manager, she is a truly inspiring leader with a great marketing pedigree within premium and luxury brands.

You will work with the Manager to help create a social media strategy, with the ambition to make it into a major engagement channel for their customer base.

The sky is the limit, with the opportunity for you to develop into becoming a social media expert who will keep an eye on trends and constantly be coming to the table with new ideas for content.  Especially with things like short form video and demonstration videos for their Youtube videos (they are looking as a similar strategy to Watchfinder’s Youtube Channel).

Another key part of this role is creating content, they are looking for someone who understands how to create interesting content that engages with their audience.


The business is a luxury Jewellery/Diamond brand with over 80 years of selling high-quality diamonds and jewellery. They have both a B2B and B2C brands, this role is focused on the D2C arm of the business.

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars for various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written post copy.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to brainstorm and implement campaigns, competitions, promotions and product launches.
  • Schedule and publish all social media posts using social media management tools according to the social plan and marketing Calander.
  • Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Support the social media manger with bespoke content creation and editing across video and stills.
  • Providing innovative ideas, inspiration, examples in meetings to help drive the social strategy and channels forward
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms and trends to recommend new strategies and opportunities.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong passion for social media and a keen interest in staying current with platform updates and trends.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail.
  • Experienced in content creation and editing; videos, stills + graphics
