Technical Email Marketing Executive
Location: Hemel Hempstead – 2 times a week
Salary: £40,000 to £48,000 plus bonus and benefits

What could be more enjoyable than marketing holidays?

You work all year for a couple of weeks off and a chance to go somewhere nice to relax, or partake in an activity or experience or two…

Let’s face it, in recent years it’s also been an industry going from strength-to-strength. Consumer demand remains incredibly strong, even as others begin to faulter, and this firm is no exception. Their 98% inventory sold rating for this year clearly demonstrates that.

Although this is a very well-established company. The team you’ll be joining is relatively new. Having been through something of a reimaging from traditional CRM to a lifecycle marketing one.

The difference centres in the use of martech and data in identifying moments of truth which have created a series of lifecycle customer journeys.

Those journeys need to be built, which is why initially, the bias of your efforts will be towards the creation and execution of lifecycle campaigns. Getting together an MVP.

At the moment what’s in place is relatively basic. So over the coming year there’s going to be a lot of emphasis on the quick wins. Working with the team manager to help build the infrastructure and foundations within their CDP (Bloomreach), and building all customer lifecycle journey emails too, building with automation in mind and also integrating dynamic content.

The business itself has been around a long time, and has a very strong family centric ethos, which also translates to their approach to work/life balance. Which is amongst the best in the industry.

Experience Necessary

  • Technical knowledge of working with a CDP, either Bloomreach, Braze or Salesforce
  • Have a good technical background in email marketing – the build, testing, deployment, etc.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer base management/CRM or lifecycle marketing environment
  • Have experience of working with various email marketing platforms and tools, including working with dynamic content
  • Comfortable with pacey, entrepreneurial environments

**Able to live and work in the UK unrestricted.**
