Commercial Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells.

Leading South East law firm are currently looking for an additional solicitor to join their highly ranked commercial team.  This firm split commercial and corporate into two separate departments and so this role is focussing purely on commercial work including drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a range of commercial contracts, IP/IT, procurement and project work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the best dedicated commercial departments in the South East with London quality work and clients but with a much more relaxed, flexible and friendly environment.

This is a mid level position and therefore applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors with 2+ years relevant PQE.  You will either be already specialising in commercial work or they are also happy to consider solicitors who are covering both corporate and commercial work currently, but want to now specialise purely on the commercial side.

This role is based in modern offices in central Tunbridge Wells in Kent, but they offer agile working and are happy to consider a mix of remote working and office working (when the government restrictions are lifted).

This opportunity is absolutely ideal if you are currently working in London but want a better work/life balance in Kent, if you are working for a smaller or medium sized law firm but want to take a step up to one of the leaders in the field, or if you are currently practising both corporate and commercial law but want to join a dedicated commercial department and discontinue doing corporate work.
