Job Title: Digital Analyst - Implementation Specialist Location: West London, UK – hybrid working Working set up: Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in office Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 plus up to 15% bonus, and one of the most lucrative benefits package you’re ever going to see. Job Description: You’re going to be joining one of the UK’s most prolific brands. One that’s won 21 awards covering all areas of their product, business and working environment over the last 3 years. It’s a brand recognised the world over, and as commercial sector employers go, also happens to have one of the longest average employee tenures you’re ever going to see (it’s over 14 years by the way). You’ll be joining their digital team, reporting to a team lead and supporting the BAU side of the digital estate. This means everything that’s currently live, or is about to go live. Main stakeholders will be the product team and the marketing function. Typically with them raising requests for either change, or the creation of new digital journeys which need tagging, testing and optimisation. Mixing support between the existing dot com site with live updates and tweaks based around campaign activities, sales promotions, micro-site builds, etc. As well as working on the completely new ‘next gen’ digital estate too. Working on tagging implementation for these from the ground up before they go live. You will work with cross-functional teams, understanding what’s needed from each digital site or product. How to go about best implementing tagging using Ensighten, and testing using Adobe Analytics to ensure it’s all functioning as required. This will include knowing how to approach tagging effectively for dynamic, live update pages. As a number of areas of the site includes the ability for customers to make changes which impact on the product itself and pricing, but without changing pages. Your role will include, but not limited to: Managing the tag management system and ensure all tags are implemented accurately, efficiently and effectively. Conducting quality testing and checking data to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve the ability to measure and analyse site performance and customer behaviour. Supporting the delivery of insights and recommendations to improve the digital customer experience. Collaborating with marketing, IT and development teams to ensure digital performance tracking and analysis is aligned to business goals and objectives. Skills and Experience: To be considered for this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Experience in Tag Management systems working with Ensighten or GTM and ideally have some experience working with Adobe Analytics Your experience biases more towards analytics deployment and implementation, rather than being an analyst with a lighter touch on the deployment side You’ve worked on complex, large scale digital estates before and have experience of Adobe Marketing Cloud Strong knowledge of digital analytics, data management and reporting tools A good understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
