Legal Secretary - Litigation
This firm were established almost 200 years ago and have become one of the most highly regarded firms in the area. With a friendly and warm team, this firm deal with a high-value clients.
This firm are currently searching for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their busy Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing full support to Partners and Fee Earners in a Secretarial capacity.
  • Opening and closing of client files.
  • Dealing with both incoming and outgoing post.
  • Dictation and audio typing.
  • Answering of incoming calls.
  • Communicating with clients over the phone, in person and over email.
  • Booking and organising meeting rooms.
The successful applicant will have at least 2 year’s experience of working as a Legal Secretary – this would ideally be within Litigation and Dispute Resolution, however secretaries who have worked within a different practice area will also be considered.
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: upto £27,000, great benefits and free parking
