Marketing Executive
Location: Hybrid working, Kings Cross twice a week
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 plus benefits

Is it really a job when what you’re marketing is centred around having fun?

Bringing smiles and enjoyment to kids and their respective parents/carers through a series of venues dotted around the UK. With plans afoot to grow 5 fold over the coming couple of years through a series of acquisitions as well as organic growth.

Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Brand Communications, pulling together and helping to execute multi-channel campaigns.

Your role will be focused on the operations side of a marketing team’s engine. Finding imagery for campaigns, briefing out external agency suppliers. Getting into the detail for each campaign and checking creative, consistency and quality.

This is a great learning experience if you’re wanting the kind of opportunity which is going to give you a really good breadth of experience working across both on and offline channels. Understanding the mechanics behind campaigns, how to execute, measure and optimise. As well as deal with budgets and expenditure.

Although an established operation, the business is still relatively lean on processes and infrastructure. It’s going through a maturing phase as the business continues to grow and evolve. Part of this has been its re-branding which has just been delivered. Which means it’s going to be an exciting time to join. To be a part of the success stories which will be emerging, and helping to cement your skills as a marketer. Offering you a role with variety and the ability to put your skills to the test helping to pull together and execute multi-channel campaigns.

Interview process

There will be two stages, the first being 1-2-1 via video interview.

The second is an in-person meet at their London HQ and will typically include a behavioural/competency style interview.

Key Experience Needed

  • Ideally some commercial experience within a marketing environment. With knowledge of how to pull together campaigns for a B2C audience
  • An eye for detail when it comes to creative, copy and campaign concepts and ideas
  • Good with the details, and comfortable working with metrics and numbers, keeping track of budgets, etc
  • Confidence in your opinion and comfortable speaking with senior peers and marketing leadership
  • Any experience in youth related marketing would be ideal
