Office Assistant - Legal Firm

My client is a top 200 Law firm, bursting through the rankings across the UK. With offices across Kent, they are consistently being recognised by Chambers and Legal 500, whilst also having six of their departments ranked top tier. The central duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Prepare and keep records accurately.
  • Record information accurately, whether manually or typing.
  • Search files and records for information.
  • Sort and store files and certificates accurately so that they can easily be retrieved.
  • Keep central diary system for Fee Earners.
  • Process stationary requests in accordance with the firm's policy and procedures.
 
Hours: 21 hours Monday – Friday
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary:  £21,000 - £23,000 FTE
