Paid Social Manager

Central London, West End - hybrid, 3 days office based
£40,000 to £53,000 + bonus + benefits

This is a role for a Paid Social expert who wants pace, scale, budget, international reach and the creative freedom to make a visible commercial impact, whilst also holding a highly visible role within a team of paid social specialists, taking lead on Paid Social campaigns across a range of countries, handling campaigns end to end.

It’s a performance-led role, so they need someone who is comfortable with the technical side of activation. Things like pixels, Conversion API, tracking and optimisation all matter.

You’ll be joining a team of 5 who make up the paid social team. Sitting alongside is the brand and content social team too – they take care of things like CTR’s, video views and getting eyes on social feeds. That’s not your world. Yours is focused on driving acquisition funnels and conversion metrics. Talking about ROAS and CPA’s.

Meta is the primary channel, with TikTok and Snapchat following up alongside, taking responsibility for campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, budget management, creative testing and stakeholder engagement.

You’ve got to be comfortable looking at data, understanding what it’s really telling you, then turn that into better campaigns, sharper creative briefs, cleaner targeting, stronger reporting and improved commercial performance.

You’ll be working closely with internal teams across brand, data, CRM, digital and market leads, so the ability to explain campaign performance clearly is important. Not just what happened, but why it happened and what should happen next. Coming from an appreciation of how the platforms get their info in the first place, so a real appreciation of the setup and tracking side will be important too.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll manage paid social campaigns across assigned international markets, taking ownership of setup, optimisation, budget pacing, creative coordination and compliance checks.

You’ll produce daily, monthly and quarterly reporting, using performance data, attribution insight and customer lifetime value to shape decisions.

You’ll work with brand and creative teams on upper-funnel activity, while staying close to acquisition performance.

You’ll help ensure tracking, tagging, landing pages and campaign links are properly set up, working closely with data teams to make sure performance is measurable and reliable.

You’ll adapt activity by market, recognising that audience behaviour, creative response and cultural nuance will not be the same everywhere.

You’ll also identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and technical capability across the channel.

What you’ll need

  • You’ll probably have around a solid background in paid social under your belt already, with a strong track record managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and/or Snapchat. This could have been established either brand side, or within an agency environment.
  • You’ll be comfortable managing meaningful budgets and multiple campaigns at once, ideally across more than one market.
  • You’ll need strong analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools, attribution models, mobile measurement platforms such as Excel is a given. If you’ve used AppsFlyer, Tableau or similar visualisation tools will be beneficial.
  • You should have a good understanding of tagging, tracking and attribution, including GTM.
  • You’ll also need to be confident presenting insight to stakeholders. The best person for this role will be able to move between detail and bigger-picture thinking without getting lost in either.
