They are currently searching for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their busy Probate team covering Estates, Tax & Succession. Duties performed in this role include, but are not limited to: Communicating with clients in person, over email and over the phone. Assisting fee earners and other support staff within the team. Drafting of wills, letters and LPAs. Production of necessary documents. Completing inheritance tax forms and have a good understanding of the probate process.
