Talent Advisor - Legal Firm

My client is a high-performing, top 100 law firm are looking for a Talent Advisor to assist the Talent Manager with recruitment across their legal apprenticeship, trainee solicitor and vacation programmes.

They have been recognised in The Lawyer 200 and by Chambers and Partners. They are a very an impressive firm to work with, they work alongside extremely high-net-worth private and commercial clients, all whilst maintaining a strong emphasis on work/life balance and flexibility for their staff.
The central duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage the recruitment process for apprenticeships and trainee programs, from advertising vacancies to screening resumes and conducting interviews and online tests.
  • Work with Marketing to promote our recruitment programmes on social media and other platforms and implement strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates from different backgrounds and communities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as educational institutions, to manage and attend online insight sessions, school visits, and graduate law fairs.
  • Attend and support the running of assessment days.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.
  • Organise the trainee and apprentice seat rotation schedule.
  • Manage the organisation of the two week Summer Vacation scheme and act as a point of contact for vacation students and supervisors.
  • Advise on and manage requests for professional qualifications, particularly in relation to CILEx and STEP.
This role will suit someone with previous recruitment/HR experience gained either in a graduate recruitment/in-house team or from an agency recruitment background. 
Location: Tunbridge Wells (hybrid working available)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + excellent benefits
